About the Founder

My journey in operations began at Verus Global as Executive Assistant to the CEO, a front-row masterclass in high-level leadership. Working side-by-side with executive leadership gave me an intimate look at the daily friction, decision fatigue, and systemic bottlenecks that hold companies back. Driven to solve these root operational issues, I earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and transitioned into business process optimization, managing complex CRM implementations, sales operations, and enterprise IT systems.

Over the following decade, I specialized in building and scaling operational infrastructure from the ground up across corporate, startup, and public sector environments. At DISH Network, I pioneered and built the Wireless Training and Development Department. As Director of Operations at Raintree and Code Red Partners, I focused on scaling cross-functional teams, establishing company-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs), and designing onboarding programs. Later, as Senior Program Manager at Consilience Analytics, I directed global cross-functional teams managing complex technology initiatives, including AI inventory software and Sony Electronics drone hardware integrations.

Across every industry, from tech and telecommunications to public health, I identified a consistent, systemic pattern: the greatest threat to a high-growth company isn't a lack of capital, but an exhausted, depleted leader. When business owners act as the sole operational engine, it inevitably causes strategic drift, operational friction, and personal burnout.

In 2024, I founded Decision Point Consulting to solve this exact bottleneck. As an executive operations consultant, I help business owners and CEOs transition from overworked operational engines to visionary strategic orchestrators.

Through our proprietary Soft Power™ Framework, we bridge enterprise business engineering with executive performance biology. We'll implement custom Sovereign Systems, automated operational workflows, scalable SOPs, and streamlined tech stacks to remove daily administrative noise. Simultaneously, we'll optimize physiological Executive Stamina, equipping leaders with stress-regulation strategies that protect focus and eliminate decision fatigue.
